Customers Cite Ease of Use and Quality of Technology as Key Drivers of Satisfaction

eMDs conducts quarterly surveys to gauge customer satisfaction levels. Despite an industry-wide trend toward lower customer satisfaction ratings[1], eMDs has been able to show steady improvements over the past five quarters. This is a direct result of the company’s ongoing commitment to focusing on the core areas that customers value most – ease of use, quality of technology, and customer support.

In fact, eMDs has shown improvement in Overall Satisfaction in each of the last five surveys, demonstrating that recent software releases and new service offerings such as revenue cycle management and physician credentialing are meeting their needs. Quality of Support, a key measure for customer satisfaction, also rose significantly, as customers began to realize the benefits of newly deployed customer support systems and web-based learning tools.
